The Day in brief

11am – The Tankerton Food and Drink fair starts
​
12pm – Tankerton Road Car park will open for all Volkswagen vehicles
(parking permit must be shown if you wish to stay in the car park)
​
1pm – Show and shine begins
​
3pm – Show and shine judging and prize giving
​
4pm – Food and Drink fair finishes
​
4:30pm – Cruise through Tankerton and Whitstable to end the event
Please let us know if you wish to enter your vehicle into the show and shine
Show and Shine conditions –
1 – Vehicles must be in position on shop forecourts by 12:30pm
2 – Vehicles on forecourts must have their engines switched off
3 – No music to be played from vehicles
4 – No goods to be sold from vehicles (unless trade pitch has been booked)
5 – Limited places so please advise at time of booking if you wish to be entered
6 – Vehicles must remain in situ until the event finishes at 4pm
